The Complaint Box is the core of what Vrijspraak stands for. It gives all students the opportunity to give input about the faculty or education in an accessible way. Next to complaints, questions, remarks and ideas are always welcome as well. To handle everything as effectively as possible, Vrijspraak installed a Complaint Box committee. This committee makes sure that everything they receive through the physical Complaint Box or via mail ends up at the relevant people and gets implemented/resolved.
